We are looking for a professional, organised, and detail-oriented Studio Manager to join our boutique interior design practice, located in Dublin, Ireland. This is a part-time role.

You will support the Interior Design team, managing a schedule of multiple projects, planning timelines and ensuring project execution. The role entails all studio communications, time-management, book-keeping, digital marketing and other administrative tasks which may arise.

This is a part-time role (a number of week-day mornings) with a hybrid work arrangement. The ideal candidate has post-graduate experience in the interior design industry in Ireland with a problem-solving, mature mindset and can-do attitude.

Requirements

3 years+ experience in the Irish interior design industry.

Exceptional verbal and written English.

Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).

Working knowledge of interior design drawing and process software.

A full clean Irish driver’s license and car is beneficial for the role.
